The Mainly Environment Problems and Resolutions in the ShenYang Coal Mining Area of LiaoNing Province

Abstract: The Shenyang mining area has been developed for about 200 years, which is the nearest coal mining area aroud the Shenyang city and have overlaid with the new planning city area, with the development of the city and the increasing attention on the environment protection, the confiliction between the coal mining and the environment become serious. This paper demonstrates the mainly environmental constraints to the development of the coal mining area and summarizes the resolutions to the environmental problems, the experience of the environmental protection and the model of the circular economy in the shenyang coal mining area proved to be successful and could be applied to others.
